At It’s So Cute Boutique & Décor shopping isn’t just about the items in the cart (although we do love those), but about the entire shopping process from start to finish. Our customers’ happiness is our top priority, and we strive for every shopper to leave our store fully satisfied and thinking “It’s so cute!”
We pride ourselves on stocking stylish, high quality items that our customers love, but we understand that customers may need to return or exchange items purchased from our store. If that is the case, know that It’s So Cute Boutique is here to help!
Refunds & Returns
It’s So Cute offers free returns up to 7 business days, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and be eligible for a full refund. Customers can still return items up to 30 business days after the delivery date for a refund with any shipping costs deducted from the final amount. Items can be returned between 30 and 90 days after delivery date for store credit. Any shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at itssocute2021@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Our goal is for every item to reach our customers in great condition, but accidents happen on occasion. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 3 business days of delivery by emailing ItsSoCute2021@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the damage with your email so we can fully understand the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will receive a full refund of your original purchase- we will cover shipping the item back to us. A shipping label will be sent to the customer via email.
Shipping/Local Pick-up
At It’s So Cute Boutique, it’s a top priority of ours to get orders out the door as quickly as possible. We currently ship to the United States only, and offer porch pickup within a 10 mile radius of Commerce Township, MI at no cost to the customer.
Shipping
- Free delivery on all order over $100, no code required
- Flat-rate shipping cost of $6.95 on all orders under $100
- Fast delivery is high priority for us at It’s So Cute Boutique & Décor, which is why we ship Monday-Saturday.
Local Pick-up
- Local pick up options are available for those who are within close proximity and choose to do so.
- All pickups will be ready within 48 hours of placing your order- you will be notified when your order is ready.
- Pickup location will be given at check out.
